Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that the ordered product has a hidden defect that arose through the fault of the manufacturer, the product can be returned. The goods must be returned to the Seller in their original packaging no later than 3 days after the goods were received by the Customer. Return of defective goods is carried out at the expense of the Customer at the rates of Nova Poshta.
The exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a sales receipt or cash receipt issued to the consumer along with the sold specified product are preserved. The list of goods not subject to exchange on the grounds specified in this article of the Law of Ukraine. "The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchases it."

У випадку, якщо замовлений товар має прихований дефект, що виник з вини виробника, товар можна повернути. Товар повинен бути повернутий Продавцю в оригінальній упаковці не пізніше 3 днів після отримання товару Покупцем. Повернення неякісного товару здійснюється за рахунок Клієнта за тарифами Нової Пошти.
Обмін непродовольчого товару належної якості здійснюється, якщо зазначений товар не був у вжитку, його товарний вигляд, споживчі властивості, пломби, заводські ярлики, а також товарний чек або касовий чек, виданий споживачеві разом із проданий зазначений продукт зберігається. Перелік товарів, що не підлягають обміну з підстав, визначених цією статтею Закону України. «Споживач не має права відмовитися від товару належної якості, що має індивідуально визначені властивості, якщо зазначений товар може використовуватися виключно споживачем, який його купує».

Goods made to order (standard size or according to individual measurements ) are non exchangeable and non refundable in case of proper quality of the goods. When ordering products by individual measurements , You can make your edits 1 time after receiving the order. If you accepted the product and took it from the store, then the subsequent claims on it will not be accepted (regarding alteration of size, fit, etc.)
Зверніть увагу, що термін виконання товару на замовлення становить: 10 робочих днів (без урахування дня замовлення). Якщо можливо, ми передаємо замовлення раніше або за індивідуальною домовленістю, але залишаємо за собою право передати замовлення відповідно до терміну, зазначеного вище.
Товар, виготовлений на замовлення (стандартного розміру або за індивідуальними мірками), обміну та поверненню не підлягає у разі належної якості товару. При замовленні продукції за індивідуальними вимірами Ви можете внести зміни 1 раз після отримання замовлення. Якщо ви прийняли товар і взяли його з магазину, то подальші претензії до нього не приймаються (щодо зміни розміру, посадки тощо)
